Milavous Group considers investing in tank farms as part of its future growth strategy.

Milavous Group is currently undertaking a feasibility study for a tank farm investment project in Fujairah, UAE, intending to provide high-quality storage solutions through commercial and proprietary tank farm facilities. The project’s first phase will involve constructing two cryogenic LPG storage tanks and two cryogenic Ethylene storage tanks. In the second phase, a spherical propylene storage tank will be built, along with fixed-head and floating-head storage tanks for light distillate product storage.

As part of this investment, Milavous Group will provide the first-ever refrigerated LPG and bitumen storage services in Fujairah, recognized by the Fujairah Oil Industry Zone (FOIZ). To enhance the port’s infrastructure, we are developing loading/unloading facilities to support this new service.
